Manufacturing Engineer

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will work as part of a team responsible for process improvements, machine reliability, waste control, and quality of finished products.

You will lead projects related to continuous improvements, new product development, machinery installation and commissioning, and other machine-related projects.

You will support engineering activities such as design, redesign, and development of process equipment, organize and implement production process flows, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing principles.

You will investigate customer quality concerns using RCA and 8D methodologies, identify cost reduction opportunities, and manage project deadlines. Additionally, you will drive a culture focused on eliminating the 7 wastes and create FMEA documents.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Production, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering roles
• HNC level (or equivalent) in Engineering is beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with 2D/3D CAD is advantageous
• Proven track record in process improvements and operational efficiency
• Experience working in manufacturing environments with a good understanding of manufacturing processes
