Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking an Electronics Engineer to service electrical and electronic test equipment across the production lifecycle in Bolton. You will calibrate, commission and repair test equipment, including STTE, working with a skilled team to ensure accuracy and reliability of missile system test platforms.

The role requires an HNC/HND with relevant experience, plus skills in calibration principles and problem solving. An environment supporting flexible working and career development awaits.

Qualifications

• Analytical and structured approach to fault finding and calibration.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers when required.
• Experience handling multiple tasks with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and support test equipment across production lines.
• Maintain and service test equipment down to component level.
• Troubleshoot faults and perform repairs on STTE and related systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and support functions to resolve issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across MBDA.
