Job summary

You will coach multi-functional teams to improve reliability, productivity and cost efficiency while embedding a zero loss mindset across the site.

You will partner with safety, quality, engineering and supply chain leaders to translate strategy into action, ensure governance, and develop talent for a sustainable future at the site.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in leading manufacturing performance in a fast moving environment (FMCG).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based setting.
• Experience interfacing with the broader Supply Chain and Commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a 3-year strategic plan and annual operating plan. Drive safe, reliable, flexible, and cost-efficient manufacturing capability.
• Coach towards IL6S/Lean 6 Sigma methods and build self-sufficient, capable teams.
• Protect asset value and ensure manufacturing standards, governance and compliance are in place and reviewed.
• Lead Talent, Capabilities & Engagement to attract, retain and develop the workforce for the future.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and deliver company objectives.
