Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to own transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including IL6S and Factory of the Future line-centric organization. You will drive accountability for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and engagement, and lead the team toward a zero-loss culture.

Responsibilities include developing annual manufacturing plans, embedding priorities with line leaders, and reporting progress with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement experience
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Own the development and execution of annual manufacturing plans and targets focusing on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability.
• Establish and chair governance to drive zero-loss culture and continuous performance improvement.
