Job summary

Tata Technologies is seeking a Chief Engineer – Manufacturing to lead end-to-end manufacturing engineering, industrialization and launch readiness for a major automotive programme in Warwick. The role covers BIW, Stamping, Paint, Trim & Final, PTME, Dimensional Systems, Logistics, and Digital Manufacturing, ensuring project goals are met.

The successful candidate will drive MES integration, digital twin initiatives, and supplier industrialization while maintaining budget, quality and schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Mechanical/Automotive/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent field.
• Experience leading complete vehicle programmes from concept to SOP.
• Strong manufacturing engineering and industrialization expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing engineering, industrialization, and launch readiness for automotive programmes.
• Lead BIW, Stamping, Paint, Trim & Final, PTME, Dimensional Systems, Logistics, Digital Manufacturing, MES Integration and Launch Support.
• Drive digital manufacturing, MES deployment, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
