• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of complex automotive engineering programmes across multiple domains.
• Demonstrate strong programme governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate global customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, milestones, deliverables and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate customers, suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams across global locations.
• Monitor programme performance against quality, cost, timing and scope commitments.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and escalation actions.
• Lead customer reviews, governance forums, status reporting and decision tracking.
• Support mobilisation, recruitment planning and workload balancing.
• Coordinate engineering changes and assess programme impacts.
• Maintain KPIs, dashboards, action trackers and management reports.
• Drive recovery plans where delivery is at risk and follow actions through to closure.
