Job summary

CORIN LIMITED is seeking motivated individuals to join as Manufacturing Assistants/Associates in a permanent role with a Monday–Thursday pattern. You will set, inspect and deburr implants using CNC machines and support assembly, laser marking and cleaning processes.

The company emphasizes teamwork with Quality and Engineering, and onboarding includes a structured training programme lasting 2 to 12 weeks prior to weekend shifts. It offers strong benefits and a pathway to long-term growth.

Qualifications

• A good standard of general secondary education ideally Maths and English GCSEs or equivalent.
• Accountable, quick learner with strong collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge reading technical/engineering drawings would be advantageous.
• Strong eye for detail and dexterity; ready to learn manual manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Set, operate, inspect, load and deburr orthopaedic implants using tools and CNC machines.
• Operate and support processes including assembly, laser marking, shot blasting, and in-process/ intermediate cleaning.
• Work as part of the manufacturing shift team and coordinate with Quality and Engineering.
• Liaise with alternate shifts during handovers to maintain smooth machine operation and production flow.
