We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a Shift Coordinator to join our manufacturing site. As a Shift Coordinator, you will be reviewing daily production plans and supporting the Team Managers to ensure efficient operations and timely, full production delivery. You will ensure that labour plans are in place and review them regularly to allocate appropriate resources. Your responsibilities include supporting Team Managers with note-taking for meetings, team briefs, updating communication boards, and managing the general administration and operation of the production lines. Additionally, you will generate daily and weekly reports to support performance reviews and identify improvement activities. You will also collaborate with new product development teams to coordinate and plan trials when needed. This role offers great networking opportunities and broad knowledge to prepare you for future development within Morrisons.

About you

We are looking for someone with proven ability to prioritize workload, with excellent attention to detail and an understanding of customer requirements and feedback. Experience with Oracle or similar systems, computer literacy, and a good knowledge of manufacturing/production are essential. You should have a collaborative approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service daily.
