In your role as a Clinical Service Manager at HC-One, you'll value kindness above all. You will oversee and assist every aspect of nursing care and activities within the home. You will be responsible for creating and updating individual care plans for our residents, maintaining accurate medication records, and providing support and guidance to your team. Building strong relationships with community partners is key to strengthening HC-One's profile. You will ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of staff rotas and provide out-of-hours cover as needed. We seek a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and NMC code of practice, with experience in person-led care planning. You should be willing to coach, guide, and support your team, adhering to NMC Codes and committed to professional development. You should be compassionate, respectful, courteous, and dedicated to giving your personal best.
