Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Legal Support Manager to join our Corporate team!

You will oversee the operation and legal administration within the function, ensuring that colleagues and clients receive exemplary service and experience.

What we need from you
  • Experience working with relevant IT systems, such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of law and the core processes of how law firms operate, including financial reporting and utilization targets.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Experience providing strong legal and administrative support to large teams.
What you'll be doing
  • Understand the financial metrics of your department to support your Head of Department with financial performance, including reporting, monthly billing, proactive WIP management, and monitoring/chasing outstanding billing.
  • Provide fee earners with KPI analysis to optimize performance and achieve objectives.
  • Support operational efficiencies and administrative tasks within the department.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding colleagues.
