Job summary

Portfolio Procurement Ltd. has a Buckinghamshire client recruiting a Buyer to manage purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers and support indirect purchases.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast needs and explore alternative supply options to meet urgent requirements. The ideal candidate will have buying experience, be part qualified in CIPS or willing to pursue it with company support, and be proficient with ERP/MRP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Purchasing or Buying role.
• Ideally part qualified in CIPS or with a willingness to complete with company support.
• Experience with ERP/MRP system.
• Some knowledge of import/export procedures.
• Good IT skills including Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities
