Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Redditch is seeking a Manual / CNC robot welder to join a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The role operates on rotating shifts: 6am–2pm, and 2pm–12am Monday to Thursday (rotating weekly). Salary is £18.00 per hour plus a shift allowance.

The successful candidate will weld MIG and TIG and work with robotic welding equipment. Based in Redditch, the role is easily commutable from Birmingham and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MIG & TIG welding.
• Knowledge of robotic welding.
• Knowledge and experience operating CNC machine tools.
• Able to read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a robotic welding suite.
• Operate furnaces to suit welding.
• Carry out MIG & TIG welds.
• Run machinery as instructed.
• Quality control and inspection of parts.
