Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating a robotic welding arm
• Applying multiple layers of weld to forging dies
• Removing slag and debris from welded surfaces
• Preparing and cleaning surfaces between weld layers
• Completing welding until the block restoration is achieved
• Repairing tooling and finishing welds to spec
• Performing TIG, MIG, and ARC welding where required
• Inspecting finished work for quality and safety standards
