Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Manual Machinist in Croydon. You will set and operate manual lathes, mills, drills, boring and grinding machines from engineering drawings to tight tolerances.

A background in manual machining, apprenticeship or mechanical qualification is preferred. The role offers a secure, long-term contract with training, progression and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience operating conventional machinery such as lathes, mills and grinders.
• Able to read engineering drawings and machine to tight tolerances.
• Based in Croydon; commutable.

Location: Croydon, South London (Commutable from: Mitcham, Wimbeldon, Beckenham, Orpington, Redhill, Crawley, Slough, Woking)

Salary: £40,000 + Monday - Friday days + Training + Progression + Bonus + Benefits
