Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced freelance Manhattan Active WMS Consultant to support a major warehouse transformation programme. You will act as the Manhattan Active SME, leading the implementation, configuration and optimisation of MAWM while collaborating with warehouse operations and technical teams.

Responsibilities include leading go-live readiness, testing, integrations, APIs and data flows, plus providing knowledge transfer and best practice guidance across

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end Manhattan Active WMS implementations.
• Strong configuration, customisation and optimisation experience within Manhattan Active.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse operations, logistics and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of MAWM.
• Configure, optimise and enhance the Manhattan Active platform to meet operational and business requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders and warehouse operations teams to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Support solution design activities, including integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, deployment and go-live readiness.
• Provide hyper care support and troubleshoot production issues following deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Provide technical leadership, best practice guidance and knowledge transfer throughout the programme lifecycle.
