Job summary

People First is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Senior HR Manager/HR Manager based in London to act as a strategic partner across the organisation. The role covers talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and L&D, with some office management duties.

It is fully office-based, with a 9:00–18:00 schedule, and starts ASAP. You will require relevant UK HR experience, fluency in English, and the ability to operate in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant UK HR experience.
• Ability and willingness to be fully office based.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner delivering full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Design and implement learning and development programs ensuring compliance.
• Oversee employee benefits and welfare programs to boost engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date HR policies compliant with UK law.
• Lead performance management cycles and organizational development.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Assist with office management and day-to-day operations.
• Undertake additional HR responsibilities as needed.
