ABL Recruitment is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Senior HR leader to join as Deputy/Associate Director and guide a 6–7 person HR team. You will align HR strategy with rapid growth, partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, and drive scalable HR policies across the business.

You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and delivering high-quality HR services. Experience in tech or high-growth environments is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Significant HR experience with leadership at Senior HR Manager / Head of HR level.
• Experience managing 5–8 HR professionals.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience shaping HR strategy in tech or high-growth businesses.
• Mandarin language skills would be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organisational structure and talent development.
• Drive organisational improvements, employee engagement and scalable HR policies and processes.
• Lead, manage and develop a team of 6-7 HR professionals, ensuring effective HR service delivery.
• Set team objectives, KPIs and performance expectations, providing coaching and professional development.
• Oversee resource planning, workload allocation and continuous improvement across the HR function.
• Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal HR policies.
• Advise senior management on employment risks and sensitive people-related matters.
