Job summary

International Property Media, headquartered in Chelmsford, Essex, is hiring a Sales Executive - Mandarin. You will engage international clients across Mandarin-speaking markets and promote awards entries, print and digital media, and events.

This full-time role offers a £24,000–£26,000 base with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £32,000–£34,000 in year one, with potential to grow in subsequent years. Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for international travel.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin speaking ability is essential.
• Experience in sales is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with international prospects, introducing the awards and related products.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and prospects, building strong commercial relationships.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients.
• Build and manage a pipeline of global clients across sectors.
• Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business year-on-year.
• Represent the company’s brand and maintain high standards of client communication.
