International Property Media in Chelmsford, Essex, is expanding its sales team and seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Executive to engage international clients and promote our awards, events, and publishing portfolio.

You will manage a global pipeline, convert leads, and maintain strong client relationships, with a clear path to earnings through uncapped commissions and incentives. This role operates Mon-Fri at our headquarters.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin speaking ability is essential for client and prospect communications.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• High motivation with a commercial sales approach and targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with international prospects, introducing the International Property Awards and related products.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and prospects to build strong relationships.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients.
• Build and manage a pipeline of global clients across sectors.
• Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business year on year.
• Represent the company’s brand with high standards of client communication.
