Job summary

Mandarin speaking Associate - Corporate Banking role based in the UK, requiring fluency in Mandarin and English, and prior Corporate Banking exposure, ideally in the Natural Resources sector. The position is a maternity cover for 12 months, starting ASAP, with 35 working hours a week.

You will support the distribution of corporate banking products, prepare credit analyses and financial modelling, liaise with internal teams and clients, and ensure compliance with KYC/KYB requirements while

Qualifications

• Degree educated in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Solid Corporate Banking experience, preferably in Natural Resources.
• Understanding of general and structured corporate financing activities.
• Knowledge of credit analysis and financial modelling.
• Ability to interpret loan agreements and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing activities with clients in Natural Resources, cross-selling Corporate Banking products.
• Coordinate with Bank and Group to provide high quality products and services.
• Prepare detailed proposals, credit analyses and financial modelling; follow the approvals process.
• Collaborate with lawyers to complete facility documentation.
• Perform post-lending credit portfolio management and administrative duties.
• Produce statistics and analysis for the portfolio and support related tasks.
• Liaise with Head Office and domestic network to support local business development.
• Maintain accurate client and credit files and ensure KYC/KYB compliance.
