Job summary

Albert's Schloss in Manchester is recruiting a Commis Chef on a fixed term contract from mid-September to the end of December to power our Oktoberfest and Christmas service. You will work in a fast-paced, fresh-food kitchen, learning from an experienced team and helping to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and food safety while delivering great plates during peak holiday periods.

£14.25 per hour + Tronc + Bonus

Looking to earn extra money for Christmas while gaining experience at one of the UK's biggest and busiest hospitality venues?

We're recruiting Commis Chefs to join the kitchen team at Albert's Schloss on a fixed term contract from mid-September until the end of December. You will be a part of our Oktoberfest celebrations as well as the Christmas period - our busiest time of the year!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work through our busiest and most exciting season, developing your skills in a fast-paced, fresh food kitchen alongside an experienced team of chefs. If you're passionate about cooking and ready to build on your experience, we'd love to hear from you.
