Job summary

Albert's Schloss is recruiting a Commis Chef on a fixed term contract from mid-September to the end of December, to support our Oktoberfest and Christmas season at one of the UK's busiest hospitality venues. The role offers £15.20 per hour plus Tronc and a bonus, with training from an experienced team in a fast-paced, fresh food kitchen.

You'll prepare ingredients, assist during peak services, and learn from skilled chefs while maintaining top quality and food safety standards.

We're recruiting Commis Chefs to join the kitchen team at Albert's Schloss on a fixed term contract from mid-September until the end of December. You will be a part of our Oktoberfest celebrations as well as the Christmas period - our busiest time of the year!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work through our busiest and most exciting season, developing your skills in a fast-paced, fresh food kitchen alongside an experienced team of chefs. If you're passionate about cooking and ready to build on your experience, we'd love to hear from you.
