Job summary

Albert's Schloss, part of the Mission Mars Group, invites enthusiastic individuals to join its Floor Support Team on a fixed-term contract from October to December. Earn £14.80 per hour plus tips, tronc, and bonus while contributing to Oktoberfest and Christmas operations at one of the UK’s busiest hospitality venues.

No prior hospitality experience is required as full training is provided, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and a warm, welcoming environment.

Looking to earn extra money for Christmas while gaining experience at one of the UK's biggest and busiest hospitality venues?

We're recruiting enthusiastic Floor Support Team Members to join the team at Albert's Schloss on a fixed term contract from October until the end of December. You will be a part of our Oktoberfest celebrations as well as the Christmas period - our busiest time of the year!

Our Floor Support team plays a key role in ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hospitality experience, work as part of a friendly and energetic team, and earn extra money in the lead up to Christmas. No previous experience is required – full training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the restaurant team throughout busy services.
• Preparing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping the restaurant clean, organised and guest-ready at all times.
• Assisting Floor Servers to deliver exceptional service.
• Creating a warm, welcoming environment for every guest.
