Job summary

Mission Mars is seeking a Sous Chef for Albert’s Schloss Manchester. The role offers a £39,000–£41,000 salary plus up to 32% bonus annually, paid quarterly, with an OTE up to £54k.

You will work in a busy kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients and supporting a dynamic team in a vibrant Bavarian-inspired venue. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of Sous/Sous Chef experience in a high-volume setting and a passion for cooking.

Sous Chef - Albert's Schloss Manchester

Salary: £39,000-41,000 per annum (depending on experience) + up to 32% bonus per annum, paid quarterly! (OTE up to £54k)

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with the passion and enthusiasm to succeed in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of strong experience as a Sous or Sous Chef working with fresh food, in a high-volume restaurant. There is clear and exciting progression available, with strong development opportunities to step up into a Senior Sous Chef role.

As Sous chef you will be working alongside the management team, you'll be a valuable part of a kitchen that thrives on the pressure of working in a busy food operation. You'll engage and work alongside our Chefs as part of a tight-knit team in an exciting, fast-moving environment, preparing fresh locally sourced ingredients.
