Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) at Manchester Airport is seeking hospitality team members to deliver premium lounge service in Escape Lounge and 1903 Lounge. You will greet guests, maintain high standards, manage bookings and payment reconciliation, and support guest services with beverages and operations.

You will work a flexible rota, including early and late shifts, across 7 days a week, with opportunities for career development. 18+ for alcohol service, on-site parking benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/lounge settings and a track record of high-end delivery.
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, flexible approach.
• Ability to handle data and daily tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide a meet and greet service to lounge users, ensuring world-class service.
• Maintain lounge standards and daily/weekly/monthly checks, report discrepancies.
• Maintain booking records and update computer records for improved operations.
• Take payments for direct bookings and reconcile cash/card transactions.
• Prepare and serve beverages in line with product directions and licensing.
• Assist with lounge hygiene, stock rotation and meal/service setup.
• Dispose of waste appropriately and support back-of-house duties when needed.
• Work flexibly according to rota, shifts may start early (03:30) or finish late (22:00).
