• Oversee commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects including luxury housing, student accommodation, care facilities, refurbishments and cultural schemes.
• Lead and develop a small team of Quantity Surveyors, providing guidance and commercial oversight.
• Management of cost, procurement, subcontractor administration, CVRs, final accounts and client relationships.
• Drive commercial performance, manage risk and support growth of the Dundee team.
