Disrupt Search Ltd is seeking an exceptional leader to take the helm of its £5m events business, with a clear path to £10m. The founder is stepping back from day-to-day management and handing over the reins.

You will set the direction, shape the strategy, lead the team and be accountable for growing the business, deepening client relationships and expanding the existing portfolio and scale operations.

Not another MD title where you're still answering to someone else about every decision. Not another three-year strategy you've had no say in creating, and certainly not another opportunity where you build the value and somebody else gets all the reward.

This is a £5m events business with the foundations, people and client relationships to become a £10m business pretty sharpish.

It's established, profitable, well respected and has spent over 20 years building relationships with major international organisations across pharmaceuticals, technology and professional sectors.

But there's another chapter to write, and that's where you come in.

The founder is preparing to move into a CEO role, stepping away from day-to-day management and handing over the business to someone who can genuinely make it their own.

You'll set the direction, shape the strategy, lead the team and be accountable for taking the business to its next level.

Growth here means much more than winning new clients, by the way.

There's enormous potential within the existing portfolio. More events, bigger relationships, new departments, exhibitions and opportunities that are already within reach.

The challenge is turning that potential into a clear commercial strategy and getting everyone behind it.

You'll have the freedom to review how the business operates, strengthen the leadership structure, develop its people and create a culture where everyone understands what they're working towards.

It's about bringing fresh ideas, commercial focus and consistency to a business that's ready for its next stage.

The founder has built the business. The clients are there. The team is there. The opportunity is there.
