Qualifications

• Proven P&L leadership at MD or senior operations level within a tier-1 contractor.
• Experience leading 500+ employees across geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growth, profitability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide full strategic and operational leadership of a large, multi-regional maintenance services business with clear growth ambitions.
• Lead a substantial workforce across multiple regional contracts, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Hold full P&L accountability, driving margin improvement, cost control and sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute strategies for contract retention and major new business wins, including complex partnerships and major bid pursuits.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships within local authority environments, engaging senior officers, elected members and key stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing senior team, embedding accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Represent the business at industry events, positioning Newsom Consulting Ltd as a leader in infrastructure services.
