Job summary

Fusion School Services, a subsidiary of Ted Wragg Trust, seeks an ambitious Managing Director to lead a growing, social-purpose organisation across Devon. You will drive commercial performance, nurture talent, and shape a high-quality service portfolio including catering, cleaning and related services for schools.

Reporting to the CEO, you will build trusted relationships with the board and senior stakeholders, deliver growth, and maintain high standards of safeguarding.

• Significant senior leadership experience within a commercial or service-led organisation.
• Proven track record of leading complex operations, substantial budgets and large teams.
• Strong commercial instincts and experience of driving performance, change and growth.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively with boards and senior stakeholders.
