Job summary

Fusion School Services, part of Ted Wragg Trust, seeks a dynamic leader to steer operations and drive growth across its schools catering, cleaning and services portfolio. You will report to the CEO and shape strategy, people development and customer experience.

You will build strong relationships with boards and senior stakeholders, identify new opportunities and deliver exceptional results for children and young people.

Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead Fusion's operational performance, commercial success and future growth. You'll inspire and develop our people, strengthen our services, identify new commercial opportunities and build a business recognised for its quality, innovation and customer experience.
