Qualifications

• Experience as a successful entrepreneur or business leader, ideally with a previous exit.
• Experience managing profitable companies or business units.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founder to develop and refine the business concept.
• Develop business plans and commercial models for the different initiatives.
• Lead the launch and growth of the various parts of the venture.
• Build and lead a high-performing team.
• Develop relationships across the business and investment community.
• Ensure the business operates effectively and delivers strong commercial results.
• Support the long-term growth and scalability of the venture.
