My client empowers these individuals to optimise their potential and live fulfilling and independent lives in the community with which they live. This is achieved through providing a wide range of support, with a central focus of enabling individuals to live independently whether that is through residential, supported living, respite, or community day care services. My client currently provide these services across Worcestershire and Warwickshire.
My clients range of services include supporting people to live independently within their own home or in one of their homes through residential and supported living services or community day activities. They offer short breaks, enabling individuals to have some time away from home - perhaps just as a respite visit, a short holiday, or as a first step in learning how to live a more independent life in the community.
My client's approach is to provide the right support in the right setting, facilitating individuals to develop independent living skills as well as ensuring clinical compliance, safety, and security. People are supported to lead an active social life in the community, with the reassurance of highly sensitive and person-centred support.
The Vacancy – Managing Director:
The Managing Director will oversee the overall direction of the organisation. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies and policies to ensure that the organisation will meet relevant targets, as agreed with the board of trustees. They monitor the organisation’s performance indicators and any budgetary and financial activities. They appoint the Managers and department heads. They identify cost-cutting measures to improve the operations and performance to meet the organisation’s goals.

My client is looking for candidates with a strong background in Senior leadership and possessing experience at a strategic leadership and executive management level. On-the-job management experience is essential, with a proven track record in leading teams and achieving results.
