What you’ll do:

• Lead the agency’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution and continued growth.
• Collaborate with and report directly to the C-Suite, aligning strategies with business objectives.
• Inspire and manage multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations, fostering a strong, collaborative culture.
• Develop and implement strategies to stay ahead in the fast-evolving digital landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, delivering excellence at every turn.
