Head of Operations – Engineering Membership Organisation

Are you an experienced operations leader with a strong understanding of engineering and professional membership organisations? A respected professional membership organisation is seeking a strategic Head of Operations to oversee governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational functions, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery
• Oversee governance, risk management, and financial planning
• Support strategic initiatives alongside the CEO and senior leadership team
• Manage stakeholder engagement, including members, volunteers, and industry representatives

About You

• Experience in membership organisations or professional institutions
• Strong leadership, governance, and financial management expertise
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
• Educated to degree level (in engineering preferred)
