Oliver James is seeking an experienced Team Lead to drive growth for our US Change & Tech business from Manchester HQ. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, stay billable, and nurture key client relationships while shaping the division's future.

Based in Manchester, you’ll work with a well-established US operation and benefit from regular travel, cross-office collaboration, and opportunities for relocation as flexibly required by our expansion plans.

Our US Change & Tech business is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an experienced Team Lead to help drive the next stage of that growth.

Based in our Manchester HQ, you'll have the backing of an established US business with over a decade of success, a strong client base, and ambitious expansion plans.
