Job summary

Benchmark Staffing Solutions is actively seeking an Associate Consultant in London Bridge to work on exclusively US market roles. The role starts ASAP and will be candidate-focused, sourcing profiles for jobs brought in by the business owner. You will earn a base salary of £26,000–£28,000 plus commission on deals, with full training provided.

Travel to London Bridge four days a week is required. The role offers high earning potential through commissions and a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Consultant to join an established but growing Recruitment Business, based in London Bridge, working the US recruitment market.

The role will initially be candidate focused, sourcing suitable profiles for jobs brought on by the business owner.

This is working exclusively in the US market, with extremely high salaries and fees.

The Associate Consultant will receive a percentage of each deal as commission on top of their base salary, which will be £26-28,000.

This role will be reporting directly into the business owner, a market expert and top biller in the industry, with all training and coaching provided to be successful. There is a high job flow and an opportunity to make considerable commission on top of the salary.

Working hours will vary but start times will be 10 or 12 till 7 or 8PM, to fit with US working hours, with reduced hours on a Friday.

No experience is necessary but the successful candidate will have the following..

• Drive and motivation, with money motivation of particular importance
• Professionalism and an ability to engage with educated, senior candidates
