Job summary

TLT LLP is recruiting a senior lawyer to join its Document Review & Collation team, based in Bristol or Manchester with a full-time, flexible working basis. The role covers document review, eDiscovery, and delivery leadership across multiple workstreams for clients and operations.

You will work with Relativity, Legora, and other legal tech tools, ensuring defensible, high-quality outputs while managing stakeholders and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• SRA qualified Solicitor with 8+ years PQE.
• Experience in document review, eDiscovery, DSARs, investigations or related legal delivery environments.
• Strong expertise in eDiscovery platforms, workflows and analytics-driven review.
• Experience with platforms such as Relativity, Legora or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage document review and eDiscovery across multiple workstreams with delivery aligned to clients and operations.
• Develop delivery strategies, workflows, coding frameworks and quality control processes.
• Promote use of technology to improve delivery through legal tech platforms and automation.
• Maintain relationships with partners, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Oversee financial and commercial performance across projects balancing time, cost, risk and client expectations.

Job description

We are recruiting for a senior lawyer to join our Document Review & Collation team in Bristol or Manchester. This role is offered on a full-time, flexible working basis.

Your Role

As a key addition to the team, day to day, you can expect to be involved with:

• Managing document review, eDiscovery across multiple complex workstreams, with delivery aligned to legal, client, commercial and operational requirements
• Reviewing strategies, workflows, coding frameworks, quality control processes and delivery methodologies ensuring defensible, consistent and high-quality outputs
• Encouraging use of technology to transform delivery, including the effective use of platforms and tools such as Relativity, Legora, Microsoft Copilot, analytics, automation and other legal technology solutions
• Maintaining strong relationships with Partners, their teams, clients, internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers, including platform providers, to support smooth delivery and effective supplier management
• Managing financial and commercial performance across projects, balancing time, cost, quality, risk and client expectations to deliver commercially effective outcomes

Skills & Experience

• SRA qualified Solicitor 8+ year's PQE
• Experience in document review, eDiscovery, DSARs, investigations, regulatory work, commercial dispute resolution, managed legal services, legal operations or comparable technology-enabled legal delivery environments
• Strong expertise in eDiscovery platforms, review workflows, analytics-driven review, automation and technology-enabled legal delivery
• Experience using or overseeing platforms and tools such as Relativity, Legora, Microsoft Copilot or similar legal technology / workflow solutions
• Ability to design and implement delivery methodologies, coding frameworks, review protocols, escalation routes and quality frameworks
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance client expectations, quality, risk, time and cost
