Base Location: London, Manchester and Birmingham. Plus network of 20 offices nationally:

Our Transaction Services team collaborates with organizations of all sizes across various Mergers and Acquisitions activities. We are an integrated team of specialists helping clients focus on key questions during critical stages of planning and executing a deal, creating and enhancing value.

We are recruiting Managers for our Private Equity, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Mid-Market, and Corporate teams (including Energy and Natural Resources, Life Sciences, TMT, CDI, and SPA) across the UK to support our TS business growth.

What will you be doing?

• Applying your strong Financial Due Diligence experience to work with a variety of clients or sector-specific clients.
• Interpreting data, generating insights, and developing solutions for clients using your analytical skills.
• Managing costs, reporting, monitoring recovery rates against budgets, and invoicing.
• Delivering large work streams from end-to-end, collaborating with other teams to add value and build trust with clients.
• Producing robust financial analyses and reviewing team outputs.
• Serving as a key contact for clients and advisors on a daily basis.

What will you need to do it?

• Leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
• Identifying deal implications from due diligence findings and providing client recommendations, emphasizing the 'so what' aspect.
• Offering advice and insights directly to clients with technical expertise.
• Adapting flexibly to changing requirements and re-planning as necessary.
• Managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in managing upwards and reviewing outputs for consistency and quality.
