Job Description:

Ambition is working closely with an accountancy practice that focuses on creating trusted and enjoyable working relationships with both clients and contacts. They have an immediate need for an experienced Transaction Services (DD) specialist to join as an Assistant Manager, with potential to grow into a senior team member.

This position is ideal for someone with some TS experience who wants to accelerate their career by developing themselves while helping to grow the team.

Responsibilities

  • Take project responsibility for individual due diligence projects, reporting to the Project Manager/Director/Partner.
  • Assist the Partner in presenting report findings to clients in face-to-face meetings as required.
  • Participate proactively in BD initiatives and events, liaising with the central marketing team as needed.
  • Lead teams to analyze and draft reports for review by the Manager/Director/Partner.

Experience

  • Previous experience within Transaction Services is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of leading teams and assignments to completion.
