Job Description:

Ambition is working closely with an accountancy practice that focuses on creating trusted and enjoyable working relationships with both clients and contacts. They have an immediate need for an experienced Transaction Services (DD) specialist to join as an Assistant Manager, with a view to this individual growing into a senior member of their transaction services team.

This position is ideally suited for someone with some TS experience who wants to accelerate their career by developing themselves while assisting with growing the team.

Responsibilities

  • Take project responsibility for individual due diligence projects, reporting to the Project Manager/Director/Partner.
  • Assist the Partner in presenting report findings to clients in face-to-face meetings as required.
  • Participate proactively in BD initiatives and events, liaising with the central marketing team as required.
  • Lead teams to complete analysis and draft appropriate reports for review by the Manager/Director/Partner.

Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Transaction Services.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of leading a team and assignments through to completion.
