About the team

RSM’s global Technology Risk Assurance (TRA) practice offers assurance, advice, and solutions to help clients manage digital risks confidently. Our local client portfolio includes prestigious organizations across financial services (e.g., Fintech, insurance), corporates (e.g., technology, manufacturing), and the public sector (e.g., healthcare, education).

Our team thrives on diverse, challenging, and purposeful work, collaborating with other RSM teams globally to address complex business challenges.

Overall job purpose

Your role involves advising clients on strategy and risks related to cyber, data privacy, change programs, third-party and cloud risks, operational resilience, M&A, controls, compliance, and emerging technologies like AI, Blockchain, and robotics. We support ongoing professional development through coaching, mentoring, and certifications, allowing you to specialize or diversify your skills across sectors and capabilities.

Responsibilities

As a TRA Manager, you will:

• Help clients develop digital strategies by leading risk assurance teams.
• Stay current with technology trends, risk management practices, and industry issues.
• Manage a client portfolio alongside Partners, ensuring value delivery, timeliness, and profitability.
• Develop plans, oversee quality assurance, and report on work performed.
• Lead risk management processes and develop commercial arrangements.
• Coach high-performing teams, manage resources, and support recruitment and development.
• Drive innovation to create future products, services, and solutions.
• Represent RSM at external meetings, workshops, and networking events.
• Lead local CSR initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and identify new opportunities.
• Develop proposals to meet client needs effectively.
