We are looking for talented individuals to join the Digital Acceleration consulting team within Business Technology, helping large-scale corporate clients through their technological transformation from strategy to implementation. We seek a talented Technical Project Manager at the Senior Manager level.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business development activities such as proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches.
• Support internal initiatives including campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice development.
• Engage in learning and development activities, including training and certifications.

YOUR PROFILE

We seek candidates with core capabilities and specific expertise:

• Project Leadership: Manage project teams and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery aligned with client objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present updates and technical impacts effectively across various client levels.
• Business Translation: Convert technical changes into business-friendly artefacts for operational evaluation.
• Budget and Timeline Management: Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Senior Manager-Specific Expertise: Demonstrate ability to articulate delivery plans for C-Suite stakeholders, manage digital transformation initiatives, coordinate large teams, and develop business and technical talent. Also, responsible for personal sales targets and mentoring junior staff.
