Role Description:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager based in London, Madrid, or Barcelona to support the implementation of our new audience measurement service. This role involves owning and implementing the AGS infrastructure, systems, and applications in the Azure cloud environment, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end technical implementation of AGS, including systems, applications, training, and documentation aligned with Sweden solution requirements.
• Coordinate with project PMs for governance, manage escalation processes, and implement change management procedures.
• Validate and own the delivery of AGS, including configuration, testing, and resolving technical challenges.
• Manage milestones, report progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee handover to local operations and DevOps teams, including training and documentation.
• Implement support workflows with L1/L2/L3 teams, manage tickets, and ensure role clarity.
• Review and validate system configurations, user interfaces, and key documents.
• Ensure successful deployment of key processes like meters Friends & Family and self-installation.
• Collaborate with SMEs to confirm configurations and validate user interfaces.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
