Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong background in payments systems to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex technical projects within the payments ecosystem, including card processing, gateways, wallets, fraud prevention, and compliance frameworks. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, operations, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the end-to-end execution of technical projects related to payments systems, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  2. Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  3. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, compliance, finance) to align priorities and manage dependencies.
  5. Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables using agile/scrum methodologies.
  6. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and blockers that may impact delivery.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with third-party payment service providers, gateways, and acquiring banks.
  8. Continuously monitor project progress and provide transparent updates to stakeholders and leadership.
