FloQast is hiring a Manager within its Consulting Alliances practice. This role involves leading a team across EMEA with a focus on expanding our Consulting Partner ecosystem. The Manager will be responsible for maximizing the value of existing partnerships and managing key strategic relationships as needed. This role is a hybrid position based in central London.

What You'll Do:

1. Build business strategy for the team with Business Development and Alliance Leaders
2. Translate strategic goals into tactical plans & initiatives to roll out initiatives to the team
3. Take ownership of goals & drive team to hit their targets
4. Execute on tactical plans utilizing Partnership and other company resources (marketing, sales, product, customer success, etc.)
5. Handle issues expediently with extreme professionalism
6. Recruit, lead and mentor members of the Alliance team
7. Build team skills to achieve both personnel & team goals
8. Travel will be 25%+
9. Any other duties or tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals

What You'll Bring:

1. 8+ years in SaaS-based Technologies
2. Experience and success in an Alliances role is required
3. Experience working in the Accounting Advisory/Consulting domain (Big4 is a plus)
4. Experience negotiating partner contracts with C-Level executives
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
7. Ability to run timely, accurate meetings with C-Level executives and deliver compelling presentations
8. Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets
9. Commitment to self-improvement and success
10. Team player with a collaborative orientation
11. Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment
12. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
