Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of restructuring plans for distressed companies.
• Coordinate with legal teams, financial advisors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Manage the claims process, reviewing creditor claims.
• Attend creditor meetings, take minutes, follow up on actions.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial projections for cases.
• Liaise with clients, creditors, and other parties.
• Ensure compliance with insolvency laws and court procedures.
• Assist in preparation of court documents and filings.
• Support senior team members on complex cases.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Restructuring Administrator to join our team in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating various aspects of corporate restructuring processes, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with legal and financial requirements.

• Assist in the development and implementation of restructuring plans for distressed companies
• Coordinate with legal teams, financial advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the restructuring process
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation related to restructuring cases
• Manage the claims process, including reviewing and analyzing creditor claims
• Organize and attend creditor meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial projections for restructuring cases
• Liaise with clients, creditors, and other parties involved in the restructuring process
• Ensure compliance with relevant insolvency laws, regulations, and court procedures
• Assist in the preparation of court documents and filings
• Support senior team members in complex restructuring cases and special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience or a very strong interest in restructuring, insolvency, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
