Job summary

S&W is seeking a Restructuring Administrator in London to coordinate and support restructuring projects end-to-end. You will compile financial records, analyze creditor claims, attend meetings, and ensure compliance with insolvency law and court procedures.

You will work closely with legal teams, clients, and financial advisors, contributing to successful outcomes on distressed cases while maintaining meticulous documentation and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Experience or strong interest in restructuring, insolvency, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing restructuring plans for distressed companies
• Coordinate with legal teams, financial advisors, and stakeholders throughout the restructuring process
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports and documentation for restructuring cases
• Manage the claims process, including reviewing and analyzing creditor claims
• Organize and attend creditor meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial projections for restructuring cases
• Liaise with clients, creditors and other parties involved in the process
• Ensure compliance with insolvency laws, regulations and court procedures
• Assist in preparing court documents and filings
• Support senior team members on complex restructuring cases and special projects
