This is a brand-new, high-impact leadership position created to oversee the strategic development and operational management of our civic properties, leases, and facility master plans. Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, Environment and Facilities, the Manager of Property Services is an entirely new role designed to take corporate ownership of property management, leasing, and land development.
We are specifically looking for a leader who brings exceptional strength in at least one of our two primary pillars: complex lease negotiation or facility space management (long-term master planning), combined with the professional agility to quickly learn and absorb the other. Whether you are driving a multimillion‑dollar land acquisition, collaborating with legal teams on real estate contracts, or modeling space retrofits to optimize administrative footprints, your work will directly protect the City’s reputation, capital investments, and long-term financial health.
