YOUR IMPACT

Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? You will lead a talented team within our Professional Services (PS) organization. In this key role, you’ll oversee the delivery of client-focused solutions, drive operational performance, and support the growth and development of your team. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and senior-level clients to ensure we consistently deliver value and exceed expectations.

What The Role Offers

• Manage a team of 8–15 professionals in a specific practice area or region.
• Build and execute business plans that align with client needs and our global delivery strategy.
• Drive performance across key metrics including project delivery, resource utilization, revenue, and margin.
• Collaborate with client principals and delivery leads to support strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.
• Lead staffing, performance management, and skill development efforts to keep pace with evolving demands.
• Ensure the successful delivery of professional services engagements and provide leadership on escalations.
• Identify and implement improvements to service offerings, delivery models, and customer engagement approaches.
• Champion knowledge sharing and support the development of repeatable best practices.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• 8+ years of relevant consulting experience, including leading delivery teams and business outcomes.
• Experience and interest in project management, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable business results.
• Comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders and customers.
• Familiar with managing portfolios of $5M–$15M annually.
• Fluent Language Skills, both written and spoken in English.
