The Global Product Enablement (GPE) team is part of the Global Customer Delivery & Care organization. We are seeking a Manager, Global Product Enablement responsible for developing end to end servicing and integration needs across both Delivery & Care teams. In this role, you will collaborates with product owners and other stakeholders across Mastercard to creates streamlined and straightforward processes used globally by our delivery and support teams to create a positive experience for both our customers and teams. This position requires initiative, critical thinking, thought leadership, and an understanding of go-to-market strategies and best practices. The person in this role must be a proactive member of the organization and you will use your skills to understand and highlight key data assets that raise awareness of trends and insights, driving business decisions.
